The Land Where Water Falls

Our waterfalls are getting recharged by the remnants of Tropical Storm Faye. We have been suffering a severe drought in Western North Carolina for almost 2 years, so wells, springs, streams and resevoirs are all running low. But even with low flow, our waterfalls are still spectacular. The 6'' of rain that are predicted for us during a 3 day period shouldn't cause any flooding problems, but will help our farmers, residents who depend on well and spring water and bring even more beauty to the waterfalls.
